This website has been designed to be as easy to use as possible, using a simple layout and clear text to make it easier to read.

The main menu is on the left and using this you can move around the pages of the website. If you are having trouble using the flash menu, click here for a text only menu. To return to the original menu, click here.

Please note that you cannot have the standard menu with the high contrast settings as it is not suitable for high contrast use.

If you are visually impaired, you can click on the large text button on the left (or click here to make the website text and graphics larger). This setting will also further simplify the layout of the website.

Click here to make the text and graphics their original size again, or click on the smaller text button on the menu on the left of the page. You can also view a high contrast version of the website by clicking here. Click here to restore the colours scheme to the standard one.

If you are unable to use a mouse, you can navigate the site using your computer keyboard. Press the tab key on your keyboard to cycle through the links on the page, then press the enter key to "click" on a link. When you press your tab key, the link you have selected will be highlighted a different colour to the other links. You can also use the backspace key on your keyboard to go back to pages you have already seen.
